Critical situations requiring rapid resolution generally constitute the starting point for Crisis Coaching. The aim is then to assist the client in (re-)gaining control of the situation and in (re-)instating a positive working atmosphere. The coach generally intervenes in a more proactive manner in such crisis situations. In certain problematic situations it also advisable to extend the coaching activities to encompass a whole group or section.
