When working together with business partners or colleagues from other cultures, one often gets the feeling - although difficult to pinpoint - that they are acting slightly inappropriately, irrationally, ineffectively or uncooperatively. Not surprisingly, your behaviour is creating the same impression to your foreign colleagues.
