Eva Philippi is responsible within RADIUS Communication & Intercultural Cooperation for supporting our international team and organising events. She also assists Alexander Scheitza with his work, for example undertaking research projects.

She is studying French Cultural Studies and Intercultural Communication, Education and Spanish at the Saarland University, Saarbruecken and gives intercultural training (exchange preparation, reintegration) as well as leadership, teambuilding and teammanagement trainings for students in the context of AIESEC, the worlds largest student organisation.
 
Furthermore she was responsible for the education of trainers in AIESEC Germany and whilst on the executive board in 2006-07, was responsible for the areas HR, Intercultural Competence and the AIESEC expansions into the Middle East.

Beyond her studies, Eva has experienced cultural differences: she spent one high school year in the USA, studied one year at the University of Technology in Sydney, Australia and was an intern at a radio station in Merida, Mexico.

Besides German, Eva speaks English, French and Spanish.
