Carola Hodyas is responsible within RADIUS Communication & intercultural cooperation for proofreading publications, supporting our international team and organising events. She also assists Alexander Scheitza with his work, for example undertaking research projects.

She is studying French Cultural Studies and Intercultural Communication, Philosophy and History at the Saarland University, Saarbrücken, where she has provided training (under the supervision of Alexander Scheitza) for foreign students.

But also beyond her studies, Carola has experienced cultural differences: she spent one year in France doing Voluntary Service, eight months at university in Quebec, Canada, and two months in Kyoto, Japan, as an intern at the Goethe Institut.

Besides German, Carola speaks French and English as well as some basic Spanish.
