Anne Rupp is an intercultural trainer and consultant from Germany who has been living and working in Spain (Madrid & Barcelona) for seven years. She specializes in raising awareness about the challenges and chances of intercultural cooperation, Spanish and German business culture & negotiation styles, offshore projects and communication tools. Anne works for both companies (e.g. trainings programs for SONY Spain and Giesecke&Devrient Group) and institutions of the public administration (training courses for city councils and other). After her studies of Sociology and Spanish Philology she was able to gain experience in international collaboration as project manager of a public private partnership project involving Indonesian, German and Spanish companies as well as in her work as an interpreter in international negotiations. With her practical experience of the opportunities and problems of international collaboration she studied the blended learning training program “Intercultural trainer/coach” at the university of Jena, Germany.
Anne is an active member of SIETAR Spain (Society for Intercultural Education, Training and Research). She trains in Spanish, German and English.
