Anna Zelno was born in Poland and now lives and works as a trainer and lecturer in Valencia/Spain. She focuses on raising awareness on general intercultural issues, culture specific training on Polish, Spanish and German (working-)culture, as well as on diversity management and intercultural mediation.
Her path towards her intercultural work was shaped by her multicultural family, her international education, her work with exchange students from the whole world and her professional experiences in different sectors (international youth work, market research, teaching and translation).
After her studies in German as a foreign language in Krakau (Poland), she has been working for six years as a German teacher, translator and negotiation interpretor for German and Polish.
She broadened her knowledge about intercultural cooperation through studies in applied language and cultural science at the University of Mainz/Germersheim (Germany). Through an exchange semester in Spain she fell in love with the country.
Anna speaks Polish, German, Spanish and English and is a member of SIETAR España and Young Sietar.
