Malgorzata Kopka, was born in Wroclaw, Poland and is now based in Warsaw. Her training expertise lies in the fields of intercultural communication, non-violent conflict management, international project management and training skills development. She also teaches European Administration Management courses at the FHVR Berlin and Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznan.
Through her work in international organisations such as the German-Polish Youth Work Association and the Heinrich Böll Foundation she has accrued many years practical experience in planning and implementing joint transnational projects, developing organisational networks and training 'multipliers'.
Malgorzata lived in Germany for many years, and in addition to Polish, speaks German, English, Russian and some Spanish.
