Musa Dagdeviren

Musa Dağdeviren is a systemic coach and consultant and since 1998 has worked as a trainer, and consultant in the area of intercultural competence. He was born in Istanbul and since the age of 4 has lived in Germany, where he obtained a Master of Arts in German literature and language, the science of Islam, and philosophy.

His first intercultural working experience was being a counsellor for immigrants at the international confederation for social work in Cologne and being a coach and consultant for renatec in Duesseldorf in the area of communication, behaviour, conflict management and intercultural competence. Furthermore he was leading the “institute for occupational education of adults” in Cologne and Solingen.

Musa Dağdeviren’s objective is to transmit intercultural competence, especially in job-related areas. The focus of his training is in:

  • Intercultural competence for managers and qualified employees
  • Preparation and coaching for expatriots as well as support for their reintegration
  • Training and coaching of multi-cultural working and learning groups
  • Coaching and consulting for the intercultural awareness of organisations in Germany

Musa Dağdeviren is working for commercial enterprises as well as institutions who undergo a process of internationalization or work within intercultural contexts in Germany. His cultural focus is on Turkey and Germany.

In addition he offers culture general training and coaching.

Musa Dağdeviren works in German and Turkish, and also speaks English and Danish.
