Paul Langley started his career 26 years ago, working to raise awareness of the need for social justice, helping to set up a small charity in the City of Leeds, UK. Since then, he has worked in both urban and rural environments in the UK, providing and managing the development and delivery of public services, within both single culture and multicultural communities, and for the past 7 years as a trainer within a public service provider.
As well as some voluntary experience in Sri Lanka and Uganda, he also has experience of facilitating European intercultural projects, team development and working with diversity. He has a special interest in youth work, and now works as a freelance trainer and consultant, based in the UK.
