Sabine Finzi comes from a French-Italian background and now lives in Brussels. She read Journalism and Communications at Brussels University (ULB) and worked as a journalist upon completion of her studies, before devoting herself exclusively to the intercultural field. From 1995 - 2005 (from 2000 as Chair) she worked for the European Peer Training Organisation (EPTO), a provider of anti-discrimination training and a diversity education advocate working in 14 European countries. In that role she was responsible for strategic management, planning, implementation and facilitation of training events, managing core international staff, and also communicating with the European Commission and a global network of partner organisations. She has developed various training and coaching programs and trained intercultural 'multipliers'.
At present she works as an independent trainer and consultant for organisations conducting or planning such projects. In addition to facilitating development processes for intercultural cooperation (Open Space Technique), she also trains and coaches people occupying roles at international interfaces.
Sabine's working languages are French, Italian and English.
